Anita Jansen is the author of Joyfully Gluten-Free and comes from a family with a long history of culinary talent. After her husband was diagnosed with celiac disease, she spent years experimenting and creating delicious gluten-free foods. After many successes (and failures), she was able to develop many wonderful dishes that won rave reviews by her party guests, whether or not they needed to be on a gluten-free diet.

After numerous requests, she decided to create a collection of her best gluten-free recipes and combine them with her extensive research on celiac disease to create a comprehensive guide to the gluten-free diet.  The result of her decade-long work is Joyfully Gluten-Free - A Complete Gluten-Free Cookbook and Guide.  Her passion for good food was also the inspiration for GFN Foods™,  a producer of gluten-free baking mixes available to consumers through their distributors and on-line. 

Anita Jansen has always valued a delicious, well-prepared meal, and through her book it is her desire to help people realize that they can enjoy great tasting food and improve their health while on a gluten-free diet.
